At Trax, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Trax account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags still attached to ensure your return meets our quality standards.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.

• 4.
  Await Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
